Lapa/SP!
Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quality Monitor, preferably in a Call
Center environment.
* Experience with Social Media preferred to ensure a comprehensive
approach.
* Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators and familiarity
with quality methodologies.
* Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is
desirable.
* Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
* Advanced or fluent English.
* Responsibilities:
* Carry out quality monitoring to ensure compliance with service
standards.
* Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
to agents.
* Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for
improvement.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement
improvements in care processes.
* Stay up to date on quality monitoring best practices and market
trends.
